We discovered Carolyn and her team when we were exploring a move to Liberty Station. They were obviously THE team with the most knowledge about Point Loma and Liberty Station in particular. We actually worked with Dianna Meza and she was professional, knowledgeable, patient and just an all-around delightful person. We enjoyed working with her immensely. When it became clear that we were unlikely to find a home in Liberty Station in a timeframe that would coincide with the sale of our home, we realized that we were going to have to look elsewhere in the County. We were looking at homes from Imperial Beach to Oceanside and Dianna was an absolute saint about setting up appointments to accommodate our schedule and letting us drag her all over the county. And they always worked as a team; if Dianna was unable to attend an appointment she had made for our convenience, Carolyn seamlessly stepped in for her. We especially appreciated Dianna’s willingness to share her opinion when asked, but otherwise maintaining a very neutral presence. And when it was all said and done, Dianna was clearly an expert in executing the swift coordination necessary to orchestrate the final steps leading up to our move-in. We love our house and we can’t thank Carolyn and Dianna enough for helping us make it a smooth and painless transition.

Dianna Meza is the consummate professional with a comprehensive knowledge base of the real estate business/market. She is attentive to the needs of her clients which corresponds with the prompt/complete results received. This Realtor completed a short sale of my home and initiated the process by explaining all matters involved in layman’s terms without a pressure packed sales pitch. Each step of the way she maintained contact with me, insured that my needs were met and was very thoughtful about my financial well being throughout an arduous, sometimes complex ordeal. Clearly, Dianna enters contractual agreements with her clients with dedication and a commitment that is unmatched by others in her field. I have been involved in numerous real estate transactions since 1972 and have never felt safer or more at ease. Undoubtedly, I will continue to need her highly competent services in the future and will not hesitate to contact her whenever I buy or sell real property. Carolyn Yarbrough is very knowledgeable in the Liberty Station area. She kept us updated about the available properties. When we were ready to buy, the house we were looking for was on the market. Pros: Works with an excellent Mortgage service company who was able to process the loan is record time. Cons: None

As a first time home buyer in a rapidly changing market, Svetlana Alleshouse was an amazing realtor. She is a good teacher, patient, responsive, and had a strong understanding of what works, and equally important, what doesn’t work in the negotiation process. To put the craziness of the market in perspective at the time, we had a budget of $500k, interested in the BayPark/Clairemont area and bid on a house near the top of asking in its first week of listing. We then received a counter offer for $70k higher a day later!!! Needless to say, we were not able to get, nor wanted that house at that price. The next house we found wasn’t far from there, was a tad smaller, but met all the other essentials on our list. Needless to say, we actively negotiated and got the house for $5k below asking in this crazy market. Her patience and knowledge on knowing when to fight hard is spot on and the results speak for themselves. Plus she is really nice and a fun personality that is great to be around while you are house hunting! Thanks Svetlana!

Dianna Meza was the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with. Dianna was always ahead of the game and very attentive to our needs and requests. She is very knowledgable and helped us understand the various options available to us. Her patience and attention to detail is amazing. When first looking for an agent I interviewed 3 well highly reputable realtors in the Point Loma area. I hired Carolyn because her marketing far exceeded the others. She really impressed me. The photos of my home looked better than I thought my home could look. She also hired a drone tour and that is how the buyer found my home. Carolyn is a fierce negotiator and counseled me and with her advice I got a fantastic price for my home. She is very personable and positive and her attention to detail and follow through was very impressive. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling their home.

As an ex-pat Brit buying my first property in San Diego I had no idea of the Californian process or market beyond what I’d gleaned from a cursory search of the internet. Luckily for me I followed up on a recommendation to approach Dianna for help. Right from the first phone call she was a consummate professional and I have nothing but praise for the way she handled my case. She clearly understood the market and process absolutely. But just as impressively she very quickly came to understand what sort of property would suit my personal taste and I can’t recall going to see a single one that I wiped off the list immediately as being totally wrong for me. Her patience with the number and simplicity of some of my questions was also greatly appreciated, as was the fact that she responded immediately to phone calls and emails and was with me the whole way, right through to picking up the keys. All in all, a wonderful service.

Carolyn Yarbrough and Svetlana Alleshouse are an extraordinary realty team. When my husband and I made an initial move to San Diego for medical reasons, Carolyn was very sensitive to our situation. She did not push us to make a decision, and was willing to show us property even though we hadn’t determined if the San Diego area was where we would remain. Over the eight months that we were undecided, Carolyn continued to stay in touch, and was always available, even calling to check if we needed anything.

In addition, Carolyn has a professional and an intuitive grasp of the San Diego real estate market. We believe it is her kind nature and impeccable timing that was the deciding factor in helping us negotiate and secure a real estate contract for a home that received multiple offers. Most importantly, Carolyn is a person of integrity who has her clients’ best interest at heart. Once we met Svetlana, we were additionally impressed with the level of expertise, helpfulness, and all-around good will she added to our eventual home purchase. Due to other commitments, we were unable to be at the closing or to meet service people who needed to get into the house. Svetlana handled all of these issues with grace. Dianna has such a lovely kind and caring personality that one immediately feels she is trustworthy. Her local knowledge is exemplary, hardly ever having to resort to GPS. Her explanation of the process from start to finish is professionalism personified. Dianna is always available to answer questions and give advice via telephone and/or email and on the rare occasion she can’t immediately pick up she will prioritize appropriately. It appeared that her negotiation were first class from my experience.
